Driver Type: Solo – Local
Routes: Local
Operating Area: VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV
Requirements:
- Must be 23 years or older
- Valid CDL Class A license
- No endorsements or restrictions required
- Minimum 6 months of CDL A experience
- Hair (90-day) and urine drug tests required
Compensation:
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total
- Average Weekly Pay: ~$1,300 after 90-day ramp-up (based on 5 days on / 2 days off, 1600 miles/week, with no attendance issues)
- Top Pay: Over $1,500/week for high performers
- CPM: $0.56 – $0.63 per mile

Equipment:
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths, all equipped with 1,200 – 1,500 watt inverters.
- Freight consists of a mixture of dry and refrigerated no-touch, live unload grocery loads
- Deliveries to Walmart store locations in VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV

- 3-day on-site orientation
