The Founding
StaffWorthy’s journey began in 2005 under the leadership of our Chairman, Ken Deocharran, a visionary with a deep understanding of the trucking industry.
Ken’s success story in the trucking industry, from a humble courier service with a single minivan to managing a $15 million trucking business, which inspired him to provide a solution that would benefit others in the industry.
Ken recognized the importance of a reliable and effective recruitment and staffing solution for trucking companies and established StaffWorthy with a clear mission: to connect trucking companies with the best talent available.
